Elegantly performed to classical music, our aerial silk acts combine extreme flexibility with startling drops that leaves the audience stunned. With a duration of 5-8 minutes, this act can be adapted to any theme required. Aerial silk hire is sure to be the perfect addition to any event.

AERIAL SILK HISTORY
Although it is unknown who invented the art form of performing aerial dance on fabrics. Fred Deb of Drapés Aériens is widely known to be one of the founders around 1992. André Simard was hired by Cirque du Soleil to develop and research acrobatics in 1987; his job was to discover original and imaginative ways to attract audiences and is also regarded as one of the founders around 1995.

Show Requirements
Aerial Silks can be performed just about anywhere however there are a few necessities. For set up the artists can perform off a staging truss, solid support beams or any rigging point for stages. However if none of these options available stage hire can be provided at extra cost. Please ask for details as to whether or not your set up will be suitable.
For Silk performances a minimum of 5m ceiling height is required.
