A Magical Day At Blenheim Palace.
Musicians Inc had the honour of providing all the entertainment for the wedding of George Spencer-Churchill, Marquess of Blandford and Camilla Thorp. In September 2018 Lord Blandford married Camilla Thorp in Woodstock which resulted in the most incredible fairy tale style wedding. The wedding couple held their wedding at family-owned Blenheim Palace, nephew of Winston Churchill.
We were delighted to curate the entire wedding entertainment for the wedding couple tailoring their day entire day, starting with the Electro Swing Project and a dynamic Aero Display for the outdoor wedding reception. Later at the evening drinks reception guests were wowed with light up violins from the Electric String Quartet and fireworks over the palace. The evening finished with our Luxury Party Band, Headlining DJ and DJ LIVE Musicians. This wedding was a delight to work on and will stay in our memories for a long time to come.

“I honestly don’t know how I can thank you for all of the unbelievable music you arranged for our wedding. It was all just completely perfect and surpassed all of my expectations! The electro swing band was so much fun, the party band was absolutely mind blowing, as were the DJ and live musicians. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a wedding where the dance floor has been so packed! We really had the best day of our entire lives and can’t stop smiling. It was the perfect day and a large portion of that was down to you, so thank you again so so much!”

The Wedding Couple
This modern day fairy tale started 10 years ago when the handsome polo player George, the Marquess of Blandford, met his childhood sweetheart, the beautiful Camilla Thorp. They met when the now 26-year-old George was then just 16 and on holiday on the Isle of Wight. The couple were both holidaying with their parents, who had been long time friends. Romance ensued, and culminated in the happiest of endings on their special day at Lord Blandford’s family home, Blenheim Palace, in Oxfordshire.
Lord Blandford who had previously been named by Tatler as one of the ’10 Most Eligible People In The Land’ looked very much in love when he and his bride entered the Great Hall to the sound of the beautiful Electric String Quartet. It was a day to remember and like with all good fairly tales, everyone involved, wished it would never end.
