    Musicians Inc Tango Band is available to hire for weddings, private parties and corporate events across the UK and Europe, performing a mix of new and old tangos, providing the perfect music for any event requires the sensuality and drama of Tangos.

    HISTORY OF TANGO

    During the 20th century, Buenos Aires was a cultural and ethnic melting pot. European, African and indigenous influences combined to create the musical phenomenon which evolved into the music we recognise today as Tango. The first great tango was written around 1905 by Angel Villoldo. It was El Choclo, one of the compositions that almost everyone will instantly recognise as Tango.

    All of our acts are available to hire across the UK and Europe. For events outside of London travel is charged at cost plus an overnight stay if required. Check out our Youtube and Instagram Channel for more videos and live performances.

  • The Tango Collective will perform an hour of tangos to accompany your event.

    If you require the band to perform for longer they can include a set of popular music at your request. This additional set is only available with the string quartet or string octet with the option to add flute / saxophone to the band.
