London’s Electro Swing Band, The Electro Swing Project, features some of the most sought after musicians and singers in the music industry. This fantastic group feature West End singers, headlining musicians from Ronnie Scott’s Jazz club, and have worked alongside the likes of West Life, Disclosure, Olly Murs, Ian Shaw, Jamie Cullum, Strictly Come Dancing and Post Modern Jukebox.

The Electro Swing Project features some of the biggest names in modern swing and jazz, individually headlining and performing at the legendary Ronnie Scotts. Performing celebrated modern hits fused with infamous 1920s big band songs, all topped with an electro swing twist.

For Corporate Events and weddings you can choose the line-up of the band from Sax and Vocal duo through to a 9-piece band with tap dancer and DJ. The band’s instrumentation consists of saxophone, trumpet, percussion, double bass, male and female singer, and DJ. This fantastic collection of musicians will perform a 45 – 60-minute set of electro swing music.

The Electro Swing Project are experienced in large scale events and productions. Producing shows and immersive events for venues and events across London. The band work with dancers from London’s West End who have trained at London’s leading dancers schools. Gatsby Themed Parties
As well as being a band, the Electro Swing Project have a Cabaret and Circus Show which have performed at London’s Underbelly Festival, Southbank. Gatsby Events are a popular theme for parties, and the Electro Swing Project is the perfect band to add the extra WOW factor to your night. The band will tailor the set for your theme, opening with songs from the Great Gatsby film and the 1920s big band era. What is Electro Swing Music?
Electro Swing is a new genre of music to most, it is an exciting mix of old school big band with contemporary club beats. Perhaps better described as Electro house and electro music . Influences include Post Modern Jukebox, Swinggrowers, Caravan Palace, Parov Stelar . There are many different interpretations of the electro swing genre of music from speakeasy electro swing to the electro swing revolution.
The Electro Swing Project have created their own sound remixing covers of popular pop songs with your favourite hits of the 1920’s, teamed together with fun club and dance beats. These intoxicating tracks are uniquely premixed and curated by the Electro Swing Project DJ or can be mixed live at your event. The band samples in loops of all the instruments that are not played live ensuring you’ll always have the best electro swing experience regardless of the size of the band you choose. This is perfect for smaller venues or budgets ensuring a big live sound every time. This means the band will always sound as full as it does in the demos for all band sizes. For example, if you choose not to have the trumpet player live on your event, the trumpet will be sampled into the track.

I honestly don’t know how I can thank you for all of the unbelievable music you arranged for our wedding. It was all just completely perfect and surpassed all of my expectations! The electro swing band was so much fun, the party band was absolutely mind blowing, as were the DJ and live musicians. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a wedding where the dance floor has been so packed! We really had the best day of our entire lives and can’t stop smiling.
